Come to Knoxville in May!

Dear friends of Transform Now Plowshares participants,

Please consider joining us in Knoxville for one or other event around the Trial.  Schedule is posted below!

Please RSVP as soon as possible to Shelley Wascom, swascom (at) aol (dot) com, with your contact information and preferences about the following possibilities which the local support community are offering to assist during our stay:

1. Please list your name, email, and phone number.
2. Do you wish to camp in the local church premises which have been made available?
3. Do you wish to stay with a Knoxville family if this is possible?
4. Will you need to be met at the airport or bus arrival  place/time?
5. Are you planning to arrange your own accommodation and transportation?
6. Can you volunteer to assist in any of the planned activities?

For those who will not be making use of the church sleeping space, the reasonably affordable motel we suggest for folks to stay at and located within quick drive to downtown Knoxville is:

Super 8–Knoxville Downtown West
6200 Papermill Road
Knoxville, TN 37919
(865) 584-8511
super8gmknox@yahoo.com

The motel is located at I40W/I75S EXIT 383

(A Pax Christi group some years ago stayed at this motel and Bishop Gumbleton led a sizeable gathering in celebrating the Eucharist.)
