Judge issues Rule 29 Decision; refuses to dismiss sabotage charge

Judge Amul Thapar issued an opinion on October 1 denying the defense motion to dismiss the sabotage charge against Michael, Greg and Megan. You can view the ruling by clicking on the title of this post and following the trail!

  1. Here is the link to the petition to help educate people as well as give them an easy way to take an action before January 20th, 2014.

    Note: This petition was approved by Megan, Greg and Mike plus their defense attorney, Bill Quigley.
